Reneé Hauch leads Carlsen’s highly regarded research team in its work analyzing media and telecommunications trends and vetting candidates. Over her 15 years at Carlsen, Renee has built a stellar reputation, established a high profile within the media and entertainment sectors and acquired significant industry insights and knowledge. Her current focus centers on three areas – Sales, Search Lead and Candidate Outreach – and her expertise in all facets of the executive search process makes her a trusted liaison between client and candidate, which in turn drives the best possible matches between them.
Renee is known for her personalized touch and thoroughness with both clients and candidates. Her accomplishments include growing Carlsen’s client roster by building its programming practice with new network clients and bringing in the company’s first production company clients. She is active in organizations including Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM). She is often tapped as a speaker on content related recruiting and organizational development.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Virginia Tech University and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, she raises her heart rate at Orange Theory Fitness, lowers it by doing hot yoga and enjoys family time with husband Paul, her son Brian and identical twin daughters Kelly and Nicole.
