Justin Rallis serves as an executive search consultant for Carlsen Resources, Inc. Justin brings nearly two decades of experience to his position where he directs search activities for the telecommunications and technology industries while managing CRI’s ever-expanding database of contacts and candidates. |
Justin is actively engaged in various industry organizations including Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). He is also an inaugural Honor Roll member of CTAM’s Educational Foundation. |

Justin joined Carlsen at the company’s inception and has been instrumental in developing the firm’s partnership culture and commitment to superior service. He also has served in numerous administrative capacities while engaging CRI’s growing roster of clients as a recruiter for the firm. His dedication to both the company and the industries it serves has helped CRI become one of the most respected search firms in the media and telecommunications sectors. |
Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
He currently resides in Denver with his partner Michael where they share interests in travel and restoration of their 1880s Italianate home.
