Jen came to Carlsen in the early nineties while studying as an undergraduate at Mesa State College. In 1998, she left to devote time to raising her two children, but continued to work with Ann Carlsen on a project-by-project basis, focusing on a series of candidate recruitment and marketing initiatives.
She re-joined CRI in 2005 on a full-time basis, assisting in the company's newly adopted team approach to executive search, and a year later was named executive assistant to the CEO. |
A 1998 graduate of Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado, from which she earned a Bachelor's Degree in business management, Jen currently resides in Grand Junction with her husband and two daughters, where she is active in several local organizations serving the homeless and other needy residents of western Colorado. |
