Renee Hauch joined Carlsen Resources, Inc. in 2001 as senior vice president of search management and research. She helps drive CRI's growth through new client acquisition, and strategically identifies and recruits exceptional talent for senior-level positions in the media and telecommunications industries.
Renee is an expert in all facets of the executive search process. From creating a strategic search plan to recruiting to negotiation, Renee serves as a trusted liaison between client and candidate.

Renee also brings corporate experience to CRI, having spent six years in marketing and public relations with Merkle Computer Systems and the Urban Land Institute.
Renee actively participates in a number of industry associations, including Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), and she is a sought after speaker on workplace strategies and issues.

Prior to joining Carlsen, Renee worked as a recruiter for Bishop Partners, where she led cable, technology and publishing searches and managed the research department. Renee began her executive search career at Gilbert Tweed Associates, where she was an associate conducting research and leading the search efforts for energy, utility and chemical companies. |
Renee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Virginia Tech University and holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
She resides in New Hope, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children. In her free time she enjoys exercising, baking and volunteering in the community.
