Reneé Hauch joined Carlsen Resources, Inc. in 2001 with more than ten years of previous executive search experience. negotiation, Reneé serves as a trusted liaison between client and candidate. She also leads CRI’s highly regarded research department in its work analyzing media and telecommunications industry trends and vetting candidates.

Prior to joining Carlsen, Reneé was a recruiter for Bishop Partners, where she led cable, technology and publishing searches and managed the research department. She began her executive search career as an associate with Gilbert Tweed Associates where she conducted research and led search efforts for energy, utility and chemical companies.

Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM). In addition, she is a sought-after speaker on workplace strategies and issues.

Reneé earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Virginia Tech University and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland.

She lives in New Hope, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children, and dedicates free time to community volunteer work, exercise and baking.
